Returns

We accept returns only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products delivered to customers. To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be processed only after verifying the issue reported. Products must remain unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund or replacement.

Non-Refundable Items

Customized products, digital products, downloadable assets, and items damaged due to misuse are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Refund Process

Once your return request is approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days depending on your payment provider and bank processing times.

Replacement Policy

In cases of damaged or defective products, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund based on product availability.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
